Our Story

Our original center, Denver Child Care Center (DCCC), has been serving the Southwest Denver community since 1960. The center opened its doors during a time when there were no providers for child care in the Southwest Denver area. Being the first, the founders had a vision to provide quality education with a fun and safe environment. Those are the values that we have carried forward for the past 60+ years.
As a testament to our high quality academic program, in 2018 Mr. Rich brought those ideas that made DCCC great to the Colorado Springs area. Colorado Springs is now home to CCA at Downtown and CCA at Olympic Promenade. In 2023 CCA expanded here to Louisville, CO; CCA of Flatirons. All of us here at Colorado Children's Academy of Flatirons are so excited and proud to be a part of the Louisville Colorado Community.
Age-Separated Playgrounds
CCA Louisville's playgrounds are designed to make sure every child has a fun and secure experience. Your little explorer can run, climb, and let their imagination run wild on play structures that are just right for their size and skill level. ​​
A Tight-Knit Community
CCA Louisville identifies as your community school! We have many families that walk or bike to school everyday. Our families spend time together outside of the walls of the school. They have pizza parties together and even movie nights.
We love to celebrate the community of our school with exciting monthly events like carnivals, Trunk or Treat, Winter Fest, and Colorado Day.

Indoor Gym & Ball Pit
Our school's indoor gym creates a wonderful space to integrate gross motor movement, especially on days that children cannot be outside. We offer exciting extracurricular activities like dance, soccer, tennis, golf, and even Spanish.

Summer Program
